Norwich, CTCLA Engineers, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm incorporated in 1984 and headquartered in Norwich, Connecticut. CLA specializes in all aspects of civil engineering and provides civil, structural, geotechnical, inspection, and surveying services to private, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Eastern Connecticut and New England. Its team of principals and staff takes projects from the conceptual and planning stages through design and completed construction. CLA also serves as on-call Town Engineers for several municipalities in Eastern Connecticut, assisting Selectmen, Boards, Commissions, and Public Works Departments. In-house capabilities extend to land surveying and subdivision design, GPS/GIS data collection, marine and dock engineering, bridge rehabilitation and construction, and inspection and testing of construction materials. CLA Engineers, Inc. is a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
