Atlantic Testing Laboratories, Limited (ATL) is a full-service engineering support firm with eleven offices throughout New York State, providing geotechnical engineering, materials testing, environmental services, and subsurface investigation to infrastructure, industrial, governmental, and private clients across the Northeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. ATL maintains a database of more than 6,000 completed geotechnical and subsurface investigation projects in the Northeastern United States, in-house geotechnical laboratories, a diverse fleet of drill rigs, and an in-house fabrication shop for custom field tools. Key capabilities include subsurface investigations (soil and rock sampling, SPT, CPT, groundwater monitor well construction), construction material testing (concrete, steel, asphalt, masonry), geotechnical engineering (foundation design, pavement design, slope stability, dynamic pile testing), environmental services (Phase 1 and 2 ESA, asbestos and lead surveys, mold assessment, SWPPP inspections, vapor intrusion assessments), and nondestructive testing.
