ALC Engineering (formerly Altitude Land Consulting, PC) has delivered civil engineering and land surveying services in Wyoming since 2010. Land Surveying
ALC staff across Wyoming provide mapping and surveying services throughout the Rocky Mountain West. Licensed surveyors, pilots, and technicians deploy GPS, total stations, scanners, and UAV equipment to collect spatial data for maps, terrain models, and drawings. Surveyors hold licenses in Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Nebraska, and North and South Dakota.
Civil Engineering
ALC civil engineers have completed design and construction administration for civil works projects across the Rocky Mountain region, including urban street and utility reconstruction, new roadway corridors, site drainage plans, rural water systems, and large storage water reservoirs exceeding 150 acre-feet.
Energy Development Services
ALC provides engineering and surveying support for oil and gas drilling and production in Rocky Mountain basins. Staff positioned near the Powder River Basin, DJ Basin, and Wasatch Basins deliver location plats, pad design, road design, facility mapping, and reclamation plans to support timely BLM and state Oil and Gas Commission permit approvals.
Regulatory Consulting and Permitting
