Winston R. Garcia is the Founder and President of WRG Engineering, P.C. He holds a master's degree in Structures and Construction from NJIT and is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states. He has served as an Expert Witness for the NYC Court System in structural failure and safety cases. An ICC-certified special inspector, he provides expertise in structural steel, welding, bolting, Retaining Wall Inspections (QRWI), and Exterior Wall Inspections (QEWI). He also designs special rigging systems for various projects.
