Rick Mathews, P.E., is a Principal who manages projects and oversees the architectural and engineering departments. He acts as a liaison between clients and staff, managing projects to ensure they are completed on time and under budget. He has decades of experience working on Native American projects, municipal work, and highly sensitive projects.

Civil Engineer since 1996 and manager of the Civil Department. He has broad experience in site design, including parking lots, roads, residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial sites, underground utilities, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, and water supply systems.
