Blue Creek Mine River Barge Load-Out Facility

2025 | Tuscaloosa, Alabama | Warrior Met Coal | Mining

Engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, and commissioning of a river barge load-out facility. The system features two truck unloading stations feeding a 42-inch-wide stacking conveyor at 500 TPH, reclaim hoppers with vibratory feeders, a concrete tunnel with safety escapes, and a 72-inch barge load-out conveyor feeding barges via a telescopic chute, all controlled by programmable logic controllers.

Conveyors 10 & 11 Replacement Project

2020 | Sooner Generating Station, Red Rock, Oklahoma | Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company | Power Generation

Replacement of aging walk-through galleries, support structures, and an over-2,100-foot-long, 36-inch-wide plant-feed conveyor system. The upgrade introduced new 12.5-foot-diameter tubular galleries, chutes, and foundations to handle Powder River Basin sub-bituminous coal.

Mill Creek Gypsum Material Handling System

2018 | Mill Creek Generating Station, Louisville, Kentucky | Louisville Gas & Electric | Power Generation

Engineering and component procurement for a gypsum material handling system designed as part of an environmental upgrade. Work scope included structural steel, platework, and mechanical drawings, alongside sourcing for motors, idlers, belting, drives, transfer towers, gravity take-ups, and radial stackers.

Robinson Run Mine Overland Conveyor System

Robinson Run Mine, West Virginia | Mining

Design and installation of a downhill overland conveyor system spanning approximately 22,000 feet with a capacity of 2,500 tons per hour.
