Matthew Wey is a third-generation civil engineer with over 25 years of experience delivering project development, transportation planning, and traffic engineering services. He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Transportation Engineering from the University of South Florida and is a Fellow in ITE International. He served as president of the Tampa Bay Chapter of ITE and the Florida Section of ITE, and was named Edward A. Mueller District 10 Transportation Engineer of the Year in 2011.
