Walter L. Cook has over 40 years of experience in civil engineering and construction management. He specializes in design-build and operate business ownership, hydrologic and hydraulic computer modeling, and stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs). He holds a BSCE (1973) in Civil Construction and an MSCE (1975) in Environmental Hydrology & Hydraulics from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.
