Tim Ward has over 30 years of experience which began with the Department of Transportation followed by long career with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. Before his departure from DEQ, Tim was the Assistant Director for DEQ's Water Quality Division. He has spent the last five years as project engineer and City Engineer for several communities across the State.
With Tim's assistance, the City increase their Indian Health Service grant from $12,000 to $70,000 based on the results of their survey of Indian homes. Tim did them a good job putting so many different pots of grant money together. Really impressive.
