William R. Walsh is a licensed Professional Engineer with over thirty years of experience in civil engineering, site planning, and project management. Bill founded WEA in 2009 to provide civil engineering consulting services to clients throughout New England. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and has managed site LEED certification for projects at Colby College. Prior to founding WEA, he was a Principal at a landscape architecture firm.
Michael Walsh
Vice President / Senior Engineer

Michael J. Walsh is a licensed Professional Engineer with over thirty years of engineering consulting experience in environmental compliance, permitting, design, and quality assurance for construction and remediation projects. Michael joined WEA in 2013 as Vice President/Senior Engineer. He brings broad experience in environmental compliance, permitting, quality control, project design, and site remediation.
Norman G. Chamberlain II

Norman G. Chamberlain II is a licensed PE with over forty years of professional experience in civil engineering and consulting, including site planning, subdivisions, road design, permitting, stormwater modeling, and erosion control. Norm joined WEA in 2015 and has extensive experience with GPS surveying, drone mapping, bathymetric surveying, AutoCAD, and HydroCAD.
