James E. Wells III holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University (2003) and has provided mechanical engineering designs throughout the Southeast since 2003. His experience spans renovation and new construction for multi-family housing, condominiums, schools, office buildings, laboratories, chiller plants, and industrial exhaust systems. He previously spent 10 years as a technician, Systems Integrator, and Project Manager at one of the largest temperature controls and building automation contractors in the Southeast, with expertise in Siemens Staefa, Barber-Colman, Automated Logic, LON, and BACnet systems. He also previously served as President and Vice Chair of the North Florida Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
