Anthony Valdiosera is the Chief Executive Officer of VST Engineering Inc. A co-founder of VST Engineering, he leads with the goal of delivering high-quality engineering solutions while creating opportunities for people, partners, and communities to thrive. He is passionate about building a strong, welcoming organizational culture where employees are empowered to grow and contribute their ideas. An advocate for emerging enterprises, he actively supports partnerships that help smaller practices succeed. Through this work, he remains committed to improving infrastructure and strengthening the communities VST Engineering serves. He is also an active member of Latinos in Transit (LIT), serving as Board Secretary and Chair of the Small Business Committee.

Michael Stanwick is the Chief Operations Officer and Co-Founder of VST Engineering Inc., leading operational strategy and organizational development. He is responsible for implementing systems and processes that keep VST Engineering organized, efficient, and positioned for continued growth. He strongly believes in recognizing and appreciating employees, understanding that a supported team drives organizational success. He regularly connects with staff through one-on-one meetings to foster communication and mentorship. Externally, he is an active participant in ACE Mentor and is committed to helping develop the next generation of leaders in the AEC industry.

Dominic Tafoya, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of VST Engineering Inc., leads business development and client engagement efforts. Known for his ability to cultivate strong relationships with public agencies and industry partners, Dominic consistently identifies opportunities to build strategic teams to pursue and deliver complex infrastructure projects. His relationship-driven approach, combined with a deep understanding of the consulting landscape, has helped secure numerous multi-million-dollar contracts and long-term program opportunities. His energy, collaborative approach, and extensive industry network have played a key role in VST Engineering's growth and success.
