2018 | Town of Colonie, NY | Afirm Sports, Inc | Sports & Recreation

Development of an 88,000 square foot air-inflated multi-sport indoor dome, four outdoor artificial turf fields, and associated infrastructure. The project involved extending municipal sanitary sewers under NYS Route 155, extending municipal water mains for 1,900 feet, and implementing green infrastructure drainage solutions such as bioretention areas and infiltration basins.

Included parking for 75 vehicles, zoning variances, utility district extensions, and wetland-minimizing stormwater solutions.

Black Creek Preserve
