Prepared civil and structural plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for a 1.7-mile-long floodwall system. The project features parking lots, Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater systems, roadway and pedestrian improvements, and coordinated utility tie-ins.

His history on the contractor side of contract documents brings deep insight to preparing effective engineering specifications and evaluating construction alternatives.

Collin manages CAD standards and office IT infrastructure while designing residential remodels, multifamily structures, and site developments. He has directed complex trail layouts, load ratings, and inspections for more than forty Washington DNR bridges.
