Five warehouse buildings, ranging in size from 50,000 to 150,000 square feet, were constructed with related parking and underground utilities. Services included on-site grading, drainage, utility plans, and street improvement plans, alongside recording two parcel maps to subdivide and subsequently consolidate the property.
