5th Street Bikelanes

This six-mile-long grant project provided a continuous Class II bike lane from Tippecanoe Avenue easterly to the limits of the City of Highland. Street improvement and striping and signage plans were prepared to create this accessible bike route.

This 20-acre logistics development between 8th and 7th Streets is comprised of a triangular shaped piece adjacent to a flood control channel. Five warehouse buildings, ranging in size from 50,000 to 150,000 square feet, were constructed with related parking and underground utilities. Services included on-site grading, drainage, utility plans, and street improvement plans, alongside recording two parcel maps to subdivide and subsequently consolidate the property.
