He holds professional engineering licenses in 18 states and is active as a second responder with Cal OES.

Alexis Koiv Michaud is a Principal managing the financial and administrative divisions alongside her engineering practice. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University, a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Portland State University, and previously worked as a Project Engineer with Kiewit Infrastructure Group. Her technical specialties include formwork, slab shoring, concrete reshoring, and seismic anchorage design.
