Civil Engineering

Joint Trench and Dry Utilities
UDCE provides joint trench and dry utility designs that fit site conditions and agency requirements. Project managers coordinate end-to-end with utility agencies and team members, reviewing contracts and tariffs and proactively resolving existing condition conflicts to advocate for sound client solutions.
Stormwater Management
UDCE provides permanent and temporary stormwater management solutions for buildings, streetscapes, and construction sites as part of overall civil scopes or as standalone services. The team includes State-Qualified SWPPP Developers (QSD) and Practitioners (QSP) with extensive experience working with the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission since the inception of San Francisco's Stormwater Management Ordinance.
