Aerospace Manufacturing
Build-to-print mechanical and electrical assemblies, components, and kits for aviation, missile, and ground systems. Includes 5-axis/4-axis/3-axis CNC milling, turning, and sheet metal; water jet and large-format CNC; weld, coatings, paint; circuit card assembly (CCA/SMT); copper and fiber optic cable harness assembly and testing; quality lab with CMM, Faro Arm, and laser scan; reverse engineering and tech data package development.
Aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO)
FAA Part 145 certified MRO at Huntsville International Airport (HSV) and Stennis International Airport totaling 245,000 sq ft, supporting fixed-wing (up to C-130) and rotary-wing platforms for military services, U.S. Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, and USDA.
