Anaerobic to Aerobic Digester Controls Upgrade

Upgraded an anaerobic digester to an aerobic digester and developed new controls. The work involved control design using AutoCAD Electrical, PLC programming for a CompactLogix 5370 L3 Controller using custom Add-On Instructions and tag structures, and HMI development on FactoryTalk View ME for a PanelView Plus 7. Integrated a Square D Model 6 motor control center via EtherNet/IP with safe-off functionality, and incorporated three Gardner Denver Air Smart blower controllers into the control scheme before completing a two-week onsite startup and commissioning.
