Thomas Lawrence is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in California, Illinois, and Tennessee. After obtaining a BA in Geography and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis, he worked in consulting and local government in positions related to water quality. He founded Thomas Lawrence Engineering, PLLC in May 2018. He has served on the Board of the Tennessee Stormwater Association, the TN Chapter and West TN Branch of ASCE, the Memphis Section of TSPE, the Memphis Area Geographic Information Council, and the Engineers' Club of Memphis.
