Our APU test cell was completed and delivered in 1998 and still remains a vital and productive tool for our successful APU repair facility. The team at Test Logic did not disappoint. They worked closely with us to support our unique requirements. Follow up service and support has always been excellent with Test Logic. Rod Gwillam and his dedicated team have always been there to support our needs.
Test Logic provides outstanding service that can be relied upon to give you what you need when you need it. A great example of this is a recent dynamometer repair; this unit was purchased by us sight unseen to be a back up to our test cell. It turned out to be a box of parts with about 20% being usable. What I received back was a unit that was ready to drop right into service, even down to matching our paint color.
We took delivery of our first engine Test Logic test cell data acquisition system in 1999 with a second system in 2001. From installation to launch, the team at Test Logic was knowledgeable and professional and the top in their field. Both systems are still in service today, due to the superior customer service and support provided by Rod and his group over the years.
Each project studied and worked for us has been a success to our operation. The level of technical expertise and the customer service that Test Logic offers has its personal touch and is impressive when it is all said and done. The plan is to continue working with Test Logic and keep the momentum going to insure that we have the best technology offered and the most efficient test cells in the industry.
