C-130H Advanced Lighting Control System Modernization
Duluth, GA | United States Air Force | Defense
It undertook the full in-house redesign, testing, and manufacturing of the Advanced Lighting Control System (ALCS) for the USAF C-130H aircraft. The project delivered a form, fit, and functional replacement for the legacy system, addressing severe parts obsolescence and a lack of original technical data packages. The scope included FPGA design, VHDL development, PCB design, DC-DC converter integration, automated test system development, and technical data package generation, with final verification testing conducted on-aircraft at Peterson AFB.
