Services
Civil Engineering
Tait Engineering provides grading plans, storm water control plans, erosion control permits (NPDES Phase I), highway occupancy permits, sanitary and storm sewer design, and roadway design. Civil engineering products are prepared and furnished in AutoCAD format.
Land Planning
Tait Engineering provides site designs, preliminary plans, and conceptual plans for land development. Site designs are used for municipality approvals for new developments and future buildings shown in one overall plan. Preliminary plans create an initial design phase for client and municipality review before the final plans. Conceptual plans are demo plans provided as drawings to show design options before the final design is committed.
Land Surveying
Tait Engineering provides land survey services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Field crews use Topcon total stations with TDS ranger and Recon data collectors.
