Scott Koslow is a Navy retiree with over 30 years of DoD-focused experience. He has served as Division Director and Senior Contracts Manager for NAVSEA in Ventura County, California, and has worked for defense contractors in roles including Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of West Coast Operations, and Director of Business Development. He holds DAWAII Level III Contract Management Certification, is Lean Six Sigma Certified, and is a Certified Project Manager and Certified Contracts Manager. His education includes a BBA in International Business and an MS in Information Technology Project Management.
