Cost-effective strategies improve water quality, reduce erosion, and control flooding economically.
Practicing a green infrastructure philosophy to deliver cost-effective, sustainable, and environmentally friendly projects. Expertise spans design projects for hydrologic and hydraulic studies, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, drainage, culverts, stream restoration, and NPDES or Chesapeake Bay activities associated with highway and land development projects.
Specializing in innovative contracting techniques that save time and money for design-build teams and project owners. Experience includes projects in Maryland ranging from small stormwater management design-build-operate-maintain projects to major highway contracts.
Providing skilled professional staffing and full-time on-site management to support clients during peak work periods or long-term program delivery.
Inspecting, evaluating, and rating bridges, culverts, retaining walls, lighting structures, traffic control device structures, and drainage structures. Staff are certified per Federal Highway Administration requirements and experienced in applying AASHTO manuals.
Conducting drainage and stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) inventory, inspections, and investigations to assure proper functionality. Services include preparing assessment reports, plans for drainage remedial solutions, work orders for BMPs requiring maintenance, CCTV video pipe inspections, and high mass lighting inspections.
