P.E.
Michael Sullaway holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Jacob's School of Engineering at UC San Diego. Licensed in the 48 contiguous states and DC, he serves as Engineer of Record and manages the company's licensed PEs and associate engineers. He has developed standardized sign engineering programs for most of the western United States and has prior experience at international bridge design firms and firms specializing in nuclear containment structures.

Britta Sullaway holds a BA in Communications from UC San Diego. She oversees administrative operations, business development, strategic planning, and marketing, and manages state regulatory and compliance requirements for licensure, taxation, and professional engineering registration across 49 states and DC.
