Overview

Structura Management, PLLC is a Pacific Northwest-based structural engineering consulting firm providing data-driven lifecycle planning for bridges, marine structures, and other critical infrastructure. Founded by a licensed PE with 30+ years of bridge inspection, marine structural engineering, and capital program delivery experience, and a technology executive with a background in AI/ML and optical engineering, it delivers strategic asset management planning, bridge inspection and condition assessment, marine and port structure management, capital program development, and AI-powered custom software for infrastructure owners. The principal engineer is an NHI Bridge Inspection Instructor of Excellence (2024 and 2025) and ASCE COPRI Board Certified Port Engineer. Structura serves federal, state, and municipal clients and also offers engineering coaching and mentorship.
