He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Baltimore, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Alabama, California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
