He is certified as a Wastewater Collection System Operator and as a Water Distribution System Operator, and is a Tennessee Licensed Professional Engineer. His expertise includes municipal planning and zoning, as well as the design of roadways, storm drainage systems, sewer collection and treatment systems, and water distribution systems.

Adam is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee and has over 16 years of experience in the civil and structural engineering fields including planning, project management, design, and construction administration. His experience is primarily in the civil areas of utility and transportation design, including sewer collection systems, water distribution systems, gas distribution systems, roadways, recreational trail facilities, sidewalks, and bridge design.
