Stanley R. Swaysland earned his BSCE from Case Western Reserve University and has over 75 years of combined engineering experience in South Florida. He founded SPEC in 1990 after 11 years specializing in condominium turnover investigations and construction defect litigation at another consulting practice. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Ohio, a Special Inspector in Florida, and a founding member of the local International Concrete Repair Institute chapter.
