Adaptive reuse of a 1966 Mercer University science building for four academic departments. Programming resolved shared and departmental space allocations through multiple budget rounds; construction added a code-compliant elevator, ADA bathrooms, and new classroom and lab spaces. The age of the structure introduced significant construction challenges.
