She served as Vice President of business development and technical engineering firms, cultivating partnering opportunities and overseeing multi-million dollar projects, before becoming CEO of Solvere Technical Group. Her expertise spans software development, telecommunications, maritime, rail, healthcare, and defense industries, with deep skills in contract negotiation, business development, strategic planning, cost development, and organizational development. She serves as Board Emeritus at the Hampton Roads Innovative Collaborative (HRIC) and has served on the Board of Directors of the Samaritan House and her Homeowner's Association.

David Esty has dedicated more than 25 years to business development in life-cycle and marine engineering. He has led business growth for the Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and commercial clients, overseeing hundreds of personnel and managing portfolios exceeding $200 million annually. Highly driven by reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs, he has a proven record of driving revenue for government and commercial business development projects. His expertise includes improving assessment infrastructure, IT networks, technologies, and complex engineering analysis of marine and industrial systems and equipment.
