Neal Riedel
Founder, President & CEO
Neal Riedel brings over 32 years of experience in communication system design and technology leadership. He co-founded Ultima Communications in 1998, which was acquired by GlobeSpan in 2000, and was an early developer of Bluetooth technology. He subsequently led a 30-person chipset development team and has overseen ground-up development of multiple wireless protocol stacks. He holds four patents in communication system design.
Mike Beck
Founder & Vice President of Engineering
Mike Beck has over 15 years of experience delivering complex communication systems from concept to market. He is an expert in board-level, FPGA, and ASIC design across wireless and wireline platforms. He has managed large interdisciplinary engineering teams, guided multiple products through production, and holds deep expertise in CDMA-based wireless data systems and handset designs.
Mike Creamer
Vice President of Development
Mike Creamer specializes in system architecture and high-performance networking platforms for telecom and enterprise environments. He served as Founder and VP of Engineering at Nuera Communications, where he led a 65-person team developing Voice-over-IP central office equipment across three design facilities. His expertise spans chassis- and board-level design, DSP, microprocessor and network processor systems, and FPGA/ASIC development.
