Mark is the founder and CEO of RTE Technologies, Inc. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering from Kansas State University and worked towards a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. He started his career in Kansas City at Bob D. Campbell and Company in 1977 and founded RTE Technologies, Inc. in 1998. With over 40 years of experience as a Professional Engineer in Kansas City, he has worked on almost every major structure in the area. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, and Texas.

Ryan has been an Associate Engineer at RTE Technologies, Inc. since 2006. He earned a bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from Kansas State, a master's degree in Structural Engineering and a PhD. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Kansas.
