Served as the engineer of record (EOR) for the administration and inspection of a federally funded project including the construction of a new access bridge, approximately 1,300 linear feet of heavy steel sheet pile bulkhead, and site grading. Responsibilities included daily inspections, contract negotiations, submittal reviews of contractor applications for payment, and administrative closeout.

Performed a limited above and below water level I post-event inspection of a portion of a concrete dock platform that underwent severe settlement after Super Storm Sandy. Evaluated existing conditions and environmental factors contributing to rapid building settlement.

Conducted an emergency building stability assessment, select demolition planning, and stabilization design for a structure damaged by a commuter bus impact. Provided on-site resident engineer and inspection services to protect public safety and facilitate bus extraction.
