He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and completed Graduate Studies in Engineering Mechanics at the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England. His career includes roles as lead engineer at Armstrong Group, project manager at URS Corporation at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and chief engineer positions in the region. He serves as a structural and civil engineering expert witness for construction-related litigation.
