He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez and a Masters of Engineering from Texas A&M University. Licensed as a PE in Texas with 18 years of experience, he brings expertise in energy analysis, MEP coordination, and LEED certification.

Steven Simon co-founded RSE and specializes in HVAC design for educational, medical, office, and government facilities, including central plant engineering, thermal distribution systems, and utilities distribution. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas Tech University and is licensed as a PE in Texas and New Mexico. He has 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
