Ms. Moran is a professionally licensed electrical engineer with over two decades of experience in railroad and transit signaling. She began her career as a signal engineer for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), gaining extensive hands-on experience in incident investigation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning. She established RM Engineering in 2006.
