Overview

Principal Engineering, Inc. (PEI) provides civil/public works infrastructure consulting engineering including planning and design, construction administration and management, resident inspection and quality assurance, and disaster damage assessment and recovery to federal, state and local government agencies and private industry. PEI is part of the Principal Infrastructure Group alongside Principal Infrastructure - A/E/C, LLC (a joint venture with Hardy and Associates/Architect, PLLC offering architecture and engineering services) and Principal Lowe Surveying, LLC (a joint venture with Lowe Engineers, LLC offering topographic, boundary and hydrographic land surveying). Engineering disciplines span civil, structural, environmental, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection.
