Gregory W. Cheney
Executive Vice President / Principal

Greg directs and reviews all engineering and design work and oversees project management, construction administration, and other technical services as requested by clients and owners. Greg has more than 30 years of experience in engineering design and project management, including work on the owner side for large industrial corporations as well as for mid-sized engineering practices, with an emphasis on HVAC design and installation. Greg holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Drexel University and is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Illinois.
Helle-May Cheney
President / Principal

Helle-May is responsible for the overall guidance and direction of the practice, focusing on business administration, human resources, and marketing. She came to the group with a 20-year career in operations and customer service management with large technical service companies. She holds an engineering degree from Lafayette College and an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing from Drexel University.
Milton (Bud) A. Willis
Vice President
Bud is responsible for the preparation of working drawings, specifications, and contract administration. Bud has been providing mechanical and electrical designs as well as project management for commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare projects for 40 years. He has completed LEED seminar and training.
Mike Jabali
Senior Project Manager
Mike is responsible for managing the engineering design for projects and coordinating with clients. He has over 20 years of architectural and engineering project management experience in industrial and commercial sectors, including retail store brands, restaurants, office buildings, fitness centers, shopping centers, and warehouses. He has managed hundreds of renovations and greenfield projects from initial survey through final inspection, coordinating with all trades and subconsultants.
