Teamed with fabricator Nelson Manufacturing to design, analyze, manufacture, and test STTARS, the specialized transporter for NASA's James Webb Space Telescope. Performed complex assembly finite element analysis (stress and shock), directed critical technical design choices, developed the test plan, and led the Air Force air transportation (ATTLA) certification effort for C-5 aircraft flight.

Partnered with an aerospace OEM and manufacturer to design, analyze, and test a custom 10-axle, large-payload transporter. Performed detailed finite element and fatigue analyses to ensure complete compliance with strict performance specifications, integrating a custom frame geometry, hydraulic suspension, and ultra-high-strength steel. Instrumented the first article with accelerometers, strain gauges, and string pots to validate analytical predictions.
