(PCE) approaches its 20th anniversary, founder and CEO, Ed Dunkel Jr., celebrates two decades of growth and success with a simple philosophy: treat clients and each other with the same level of dignity and respect that we would like for ourselves. Since its inception in 2002, the company has grown from 2 employees to 50, with offices in Fresno and Merced, California, Madison, Wisconsin, and plans to expand to Visalia soon.
