Overview

Powers Engineering, P.C. (PEPC) is a structural and civil engineering practice based in Wilmington, Delaware, serving contractors and design teams throughout the eastern United States. PEPC supports heavy highway contractors, marine contractors, steel erectors, precast erectors, fabrication shops, engineering peers, and architects with construction submittals including structural calculations, construction drawings, and specifications. PEPC also prepares special load ratings for cranes, milling machines, and excavators for existing and proposed bridges during construction and demolition.

Tom Scarangella

Principal Engineer

P.E., C.B.S.I.

Tom Scarangella has more than 20 years of structural engineering design experience. He holds Professional Engineer licenses in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Florida, and Virginia. He is a PennDOT Certified Bridge Safety Inspector and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Rowan University.
