Co-founder of Performance Engineering. Scott holds a BS in Bio-Resource Engineering from Montana State University. He manages business operations, regulatory interface, public engagement, and irrigation portions of the business, focusing on water resources, irrigated agriculture, and public policy changes.
Craig Dalton
Principal
Co-founder of Performance Engineering. Craig has over 10 years of experience coordinating between clients and the design team, managing project schedules and budgets, and handling business development. He discovered his passion for civil engineering at Montana State University.
Robbie Neihart
Construction Project Manager
A University of Wyoming alumnus who oversees and ensures timely delivery of construction projects within budget. He coordinates with contractors and communicates with clients to deliver quality outcomes.
