Structural engineering for a 281,077-square-foot corporate university campus designed to resemble a river village. The steel-framed structure varies from one to six stories and incorporates composite floor systems, a three-story glass atrium, and a 24,727-square-foot child development center. The lateral force system comprises a custom layout of braced and moment-resisting frames designed to keep views unobstructed within external glass stair towers.
