The first-floor podium is framed with structural steel composite beams and precast concrete columns, extending in part over an existing parking garage. The development also involved complex framing modifications to convert an adjacent warehouse building into an additional parking structure.

The steel-framed structure varies from one to six stories and incorporates composite floor systems, a three-story glass atrium, and a 24,727-square-foot child development center. The lateral force system comprises a custom layout of braced and moment-resisting frames designed to keep views unobstructed within external glass stair towers.
