Reconstructed and relocated more than five miles of a rural corridor from the Tennessee state line to south of Murray into a four-lane divided highway. The design incorporated Reduced Conflict U-Turn (RCUT) intersections, reducing total and injury crashes by approximately 80% within two years of completion.
