He has extensive experience with RIDEM permitting including wetlands and individual sewage disposal systems, CRMC permitting, and RIDOT drainage projects. Mr. Nenna has served as project manager on large municipal sewer projects and RIDOT drainage projects involving construction cost estimating, contractor bid reviews, and construction administration. Prior experience includes utility research and infrastructure design for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
