Brownfield pre-polymer facility expansion adjacent to an existing operating plant. Scope included front-end loading, design and specification of over 200 equipment pieces and 1,000 instrument devices, a 3D model with over 600 pipe lines with stress analysis on required lines, approximately 700 tons of steel and 2,500 cubic yards of concrete, and hot oil jacketed piping and tankage. Estimated TIC: $30 MM.

Layout of hydrogen fueling stations and storage skids at multiple client locations across varied jurisdictions throughout North America. Scope included preliminary drawings issued for permit, incorporation of client and permit official comments, construction bid packages, and RFI support through construction. On Board Engineering served as EPC firm on a number of these projects, completing over 300 installations across a 10-year period starting in 2014.
