Leadership
Clint Norlie
President
Clint Norlie has over 25 years of experience in structural stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis in the aviation sector, with more than 15 years leading cross-border engineering teams across the United States, Canada, Japan, and Italy. He has worked on prominent programs including the Boeing 777 and 787, Airbus A380 and A350, Bombardier Global 7000, Lockheed C-130, and Virgin Galactic WK2. His technical expertise spans 25,000 hours of finite element modeling in Nastran and Abaqus, classical analysis of primary and secondary aircraft structures, composite materials analysis, and structural testing from coupon to full-scale levels.
Joe Talbot
Director of Engineering
Joe Talbot has over 40 years of aerostructures experience in structural strength, durability, and stiffness analyses for metallic and composite airframes. He was designated an Airbus Expert for Metallic Static Strength Analysis and previously served as the Manager of Structures Technology for Airbus Americas Engineering. In that role, he directed technical operations across static stress, fatigue, damage tolerance, finite element analysis, mass properties, and materials and processes. His background spans every phase of product development, from conceptual design and manufacturing to certification, structural repair manuals, and fleet support.
