Paul J. Navarro
President and CEO
P.E.
Mr. Navarro founded Navarro & Wright in 1996 and oversees strategic operations and development. He has over 35 years of experience in design and management of civil engineering projects, including streets and roadways, water distribution and treatment, wastewater collection and treatment, and land development. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, New York, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, and Florida.
Marco A. Navarro
Chief Financial Officer
Marco joined Navarro & Wright full-time in 2018 as Director of Strategic Growth and has since transitioned into his current role as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for and assists with the completion of annual budgets, annual audits, financial statement analysis, and overall financial oversight. Additionally, he was responsible for the implementation of multiple software initiatives, including the upgrade of accounting, billing, and project management systems. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a double major in Finance and Business Information Systems and a minor in Economics, Cum Laude.

Mr. Smith has 41 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, including highway and transportation facility projects, site development for residential, commercial, industrial, and power generation facilities. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia.
Thomas J. Imholte
Project Manager Officer
P.E.
Mr. Imholte has 32 years of design and construction experience and oversees the geotechnical engineering team. He specializes in geotechnical engineering for highways, bridges, and design-build projects. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Illinois, West Virginia, and Indiana.
